Homeowners insurtech Hippo closes go-public SPAC combination

Hippo Holdings has completed its combination with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Reinvent Technology Partners Z, with the homeowners insurtech expected to receive more than $550mn in cash proceeds in conjunction with the deal’s closing.
