Katrina would cause a higher insured loss today than in 2005: Swiss Re

Despite improved infrastructure and a lower New Orleans population, Hurricane Katrina would cause higher insured losses were it to happen today, a Swiss Re report commemorating the storm’s 15th anniversary has found.
