LDI’s Donelon dismisses alleged enforcement interference lawsuit as “false”

Louisiana insurance commissioner Jim Donelon has said the claims made in a lawsuit alleging he delayed revoking the licence of a Lafayette-based insurance agent so he could highlight the case in a media campaign to support his re-election are “false”, and that the complaint “is rife with factual inaccuracies, distortions and outright fabrications”.
