Liberty Mutual, Allianz and Aviva face UK racetrack owner ARC’s £23mn BI suit

Liberty Mutual, Allianz and Aviva are being sued for more than £22.7mn ($28mn) by the largest racing group in the UK, Arena Racing Company, over insured business interruption losses it claims to have incurred during the Covid-19 pandemic.
