Marsh McLennan takes $52mn Q1 Russia exit charge, sets up Ukraine relief fund

Marsh McLennan took a $52mn charge in the first quarter relating to the exit of its business in Russia, while the company has set up a humanitarian fund to help the Ukrainian people.
