NJ high court grants insurers’ appeal in $1bn+ Merck cyberattack dispute

The Supreme Court of New Jersey has granted insurers leave to appeal in their dispute with Merck over whether losses from the 2017 NotPetya cyberattack are covered by property coverage or whether a “hostile/warlike action” exclusion applies.
