Pandemic BI class actions launched against QBE and Lloyd’s

Australian law firm Gordon Legal has launched class actions in the country’s Federal Court against insurer QBE and Lloyd’s over the rejection of business interruption (BI) claims lodged due to pandemic restrictions.
