Plants steps down from Argo board after takeover secured

Daniel Plants of Voce Capital Management is to step down from Argo’s board, with the activist investor saying that his efforts in helping with the Bermuda-based carrier’s strategic review process have concluded with the agreement to sell to Brookfield Reinsurance.
