Porch subsidiary HOA released from temporary regulatory supervision

Porch Group’s insurance carrier Homeowners of America Insurance Company (HOA) has been released from temporary regulatory supervision after nearly two months after Porch made an investment of $57mn in the subsidiary amid the fallout from the Vesttoo scandal.
