QBE reshuffles European operations leadership ahead of Gordon exit

QBE has promoted Ceri Stokoe to chief information officer of European operations and Nathan Fuller to chief operations officer, international ahead of the departure of Joe Gordon, COO of European operations, at the end of the year.
