R&Q provides legacy reinsurance for a Bermuda domiciled captive

London-listed legacy and programme specialist R&Q has issued loss portfolio transfer reinsurance for a US-based airline via its wholly owned A- admitted carrier, Accredited Surety and Casualty Company.
