R&Q shareholder Slater Investments to reject £482mn take-private bid

UK fund manager Slater Investments is to vote against the £482mn ($592mn) go-private deal for London-listed Randall & Quilter (R&Q), which could see the firm sold to its largest investor Brickell if it is approved by the majority of its shareholders later this month.
