SiriusPoint set to use sidecar-like vehicle for proportional retro programme

SiriusPoint will use a sidecar-style structure for its proportional retro programme when the businesses combine in a move that ties in with comments previously made by Third Point Re CEO Dan Malloy that third-party capital will be a focus for the expanded (re)insurer.
