SPAC Delwinds merges with FOXO Technologies to create life insurtech platform

Special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Delwinds Insurance Acquisition Corp has entered into a definitive merger agreement with technology company FOXO. The combined entity is expected to soon launch a new Scor-reinsured life insurtech platform.
