Toa Re and Barbican receives Lloyd’s SPA

Lloyd’s insurer Barbican has received “in principle” approval from Lloyd’s to commence their Special Purpose Arrangement (SPA) Syndicate 6132 in partnership with Japanese reinsurer Toa Re.
