Tokio Marine HCC restructures after NAS acquisition

Tokio Marine HCC (TMHCC) has merged the operations of its professional lines division with recently acquired Lloyd’s coverholder NAS Insurance Services (NAS) to form the TMHCC Cyber & Professional Lines Group.
