Trade groups weigh in on Covid-19 BI appeal in Eleventh Circuit

The American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA) and the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (Namic) have filed a brief in favour of insurers in the appeal of a Covid-19 business interruption case in the Eleventh Circuit brought by furniture retailer Rooms To Go (RTG).
