Ulmer sues McGriff over objection to Alliant move

Ex-McGriff CEO Rick Ulmer has filed a lawsuit against his former employer, seeking a declaration that his move to Alliant does not violate his employment agreement with the Truist Insurance Holdings retail broking subsidiary.
