WTW accuses former exec Matta and Lockton of using confidential information to solicit clients

Willis Towers Watson has filed another lawsuit against Lockton in Miami circuit court, with the broker suing its rival and former Central America and Caribbean facultative CEO Tony Matta alleging “violation and interference” with the restrictive covenant obligations in Matta’s employment agreement with Willis Re.
